Peel adhesive from hook and insert into Picture Hanging Tool

Hang picture on hook and Picture Hanging Tool

Align picture in position

Push hook onto the wall, remove tool and press for an additional 30 seconds

Hang picture and level with insert Hanging Tool

Hold hook with one hand and grip the bottom of the strip with the other

Pull each strip down slowly keeping it as close to the wall as possible until hook becomes free
