Surface Prep

Porous/uneven surfaces will require priming, filling or sealing eg. plaster, concrete, wood and fabrics. Metal surfaces need priming or abrading. Low energy surfaces suchas non-stick paints or polypropylene plastics containing aggressive plasticisers need treatment.

Clean surface, for best results use Permastik Isopropyl Surface Cleaner.

Stik Dots

  • Apply dots spaced evenly and in vertical lines.

  • Object should not exceed 30mm think.

    Do not apply to uneven surfaces.

  • Apply even pressure for 30 seconds.

    Support until optimal bond.

Craft Tape

  • Apply tape vertically.

    Do not apply horizontal.

  • Object should not exceed 30mm thick.

    Do not apply to uneven surfaces.

  • Apply even pressure for 30 seconds.

    Support until optimal bond.

Removal

Use dental floss to gently cut throughthe substrate and remove the object from the surface. Stretch or peel off the remaining adhesive, use an adhesive solvent for best results.
